Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the WD: Easy Courier BD Shopify app (“the App”). By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

WD: Easy Courier BD is a logistics integration app that allows Bangladeshi Shopify merchants to assign and book orders directly with supported courier services via API and webhook integrations.

To use this App, you must:

• Be a registered Shopify merchant

• Agree to and comply with these Terms

• Provide valid courier credentials (API key, secret, etc.)

The App provides integration with multiple couriers available in Bangladesh.

Merchants can assign any Shopify order to a courier of their choice.

Webhook functionality is used to receive order status and tracking updates.

Important:

The App depends on webhooks provided by courier companies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or delivery of webhook data. WD: Easy Courier BD is not responsible for:

• Failed or delayed webhook updates

• Missing tracking details

• Inaccurate status changes from courier providers

The App does not store any customer PII (Personally Identifiable Information) or full order data.

We only retain:

• Shopify order ID

• Courier details assigned by the merchant

• Courier API keys and secrets (stored encrypted)

We do not use, sell, or share merchant or customer data with any third party.

Courier credentials are stored securely using encryption.

Merchants are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and courier accounts.

We take no responsibility for misuse due to exposed or compromised credentials on the merchant’s end.

Upon uninstalling the App, all associated data is permanently deleted from our system.

No data is retained after uninstallation.

We offer support via email. While we strive to respond quickly, we cannot guarantee immediate resolution of courier-related issues (e.g., webhook delays).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WD: Easy Courier BD and its developers are not liable for:

• Any losses arising from failed courier updates

• Missed deliveries or delays

• Damages due to incorrect courier integrations or merchant misuse

But we are open to solve your any problem which is not beyond us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
